Training to gain mass

Training at the gym does not only limit to one particular outlook. There are many various systems of trainings which are divided into groups too. Choosing the right strategy of training is sometimes the vital point on your way towards achieving your training objectives. Those can be various too, depending on our own expectations. Some people train just because they want to do something for their health. They officially do not care about their look, the way they are built. They only think about their health - even though those two things often go together. Anyway, the second group I could think about are the so called fanatics. They keep on talking about how to gain mass, what to do to gain mass quickly and how to convert it into muscles. All the rest, for whom the best ways to gain mass are less important, are called normal people. For them, the workout is just a way to work with their body. They want to be attractive, but they do not overdose with it all. They do it all within reason. Having muscles is not definitely connected with having the biggest muscles in the city - many body builders forget about it and complications start to appear. Personally I would have a big problem with putting myself clearly to one of these groups. I am not yet a professional, still not a champion, already not an amateur. I would have to consider it well.
